Into the 30's

Yep, I am now officially in my 30's. Feels good I have to say! One of my friends was saying that it's such a great birthday because you get to reflect on your life up to this point and see how much you've truly accomplished. I have to say I feel pretty good about where I am in life and what I've accomplished so far, needless to say my kids are my proudest ones. I don't think my life would ever pass for an interesting memoir or even True Hollywood Story and Thank God!!! Anyways, thank all of you for the birthday wishes, I had a great day. The weekend in Seattle was my birthday time with Erich so yesterday evening I went out with my girlfriends for dinner and a movie. So nice and indulgent of me to stay out until almost 1 am! We saw "Knocked Up" an awesome movie! I laughed out loud so many times, at one time I was almost crying!

Yesterday we had preschool here and I decided to take the kids to the fair. It was fun and exhausting in this heat. The kids had a lot of fun looking at all the animals! Darby and Trevor are still asleep right now and it is 9:00 am . . . I'm thinking I should go wake them up otherwise we'll be all messed up for our day. Oh well, I think they both need it, it's been a crazy couple of weeks. Ever since our visit to Pullman we have all been a little off on the sleeping schedule. We're all pretty exhausted. Anyways, we're off to the lake for the weekend with some friends, looking forward to cooling off in the lake, yay! Here's a couple of pics over the last week.

Cheese!

Grrrr!

The world looks cool through here!
