Well, another year gone, and into 2007. I hope everyone had a great New Year's! We have had an eventful couple of weeks. . .I don't even know where to start.
Christmas was awesome and it was so nice to have my family here! We packed in a lot in a few short days, a trip to the Museum of the Rockies, 2 trips to the Hot Springs, and a day of skiing. It was Darby and her cousins first time skiing. I think the Rose kids had fun and I know that Darby did. She wasn't too jazzed to put on her skis at first but once she put them on, she loved it. Big sigh of relief from Erich :)
After everyone left we had a couple of days to detoxify. I am just not as fun as cousins, aunts and uncles, and grandparents. But we only had a couple of days as Grandma and Grandpa Hannan made it over on Friday. We've had a pretty fun weekend and had a fun party yesterday for some friends. I rung in the New Year praying to the porcelain god and not because of excessive partying. What a way to start a new year, but at least it can only get better from here :) Today was spent watching football and recuperating, a great way to end the Holiday season.
