An exciting day

Today is an exciting day. After a long hard weekend of working (mostly Erich and his dad) we now have our new carpet installed!! I'm so excited and so is Darby :) Erich and his dad did all the removal and even screwed down the floor boards to get rid of squeaks (so awesome!) then me, Anna, and Rich removed all the staples from the padding and cleaned up the floors. No small task, let me tell you. I'm really jazzed to get all our things moved into the new rooms and I bought Darby some new bedding to help get her prepared for sleeping in her new bed and new bedroom . . .we'll see how that goes :) I'll post pictures of the finished product on Flickr soon so stay tuned . . .
