It is so gorgeous out right now! It is 62 degrees and bright, sunny, blue skies . . . I love the winter and the snow but this is making me excited for spring. The thaw always sucks because it's all muddy and brown but that doesn't last too long. Our tulips are already breaking through the surface and I'm excited for some fun colors. The only problem is this year I told myself I was going to garden and really get into the outdoor maintenance . . .that means I'd better get on it. Here are some pictures of the kids playing outside today. Note Darby's not matching shoes and Trevor's love for dirt :)
I think this is Trevor's first feel of snow on his hands. He was pretty excited at first but promptly got upset about cold, wet hands :)
Can you see the clump of mud in his hand? At least he didn't stick it right in his mouth . . .but he loved crawling around in it.
I'm going to have my hands full trying to "garden" with Trevor around . . .he'll just crawl around in it and most likely put a bunch in his mouth. . .if eaten, how much is too much mud and dirt?
