Darby had her first real swim lesson today and did awesome! We've always known she was a little fish but it turns out she is just a natural at swimming. Granted the "swimming" I am talking about is jumping into the water, blowing the air out, then floating on the back. . .babysteps :) But the instructor told me that we went over about 4 lessons in the first 10 minutes and that Darby was doing exceptional for her age, yea! I put Trevor in the Hot Springs daycare while we had Darby's lesson which was a first. He did great there too. Then we all got to play around and swim and now I'm exhausted!
Trevor's making leaps and bounds towards walking already, he can also crawl up the stairs and climb on fairly low surfaces . . .oh dear god, I hope I have enough energy to keep up with him and prevent any ER trips. We haven't had one with Darby (knock on wood), but I have a feeling that when we do hit the ER, it will be for Trevor. Here's a quick video of him walking :)
