Sweet Pea Parade and Run

This weekend is the Sweet Pea Festival which is always fun. And even though we've lived here for over 6 years we've never been to the parade. . .well we are parade virgins no longer. Before the race they also have a kids run along the parade route so Darby ran in that. She got a T-shirt, a race number, and even a ribbon :) Erich went with her and said she did awesome and had so much fun. At first she just was looking at all the other kids, there were a ton. Then she got into and was hamming it up. They run down main street with all the parade goers cheering the kids on. Darby was running right next to the people cheering and just lovin it!
