Bad breath and smelly feet

I think 2 is about the age where kids start to smell like people and no longer have that awesome baby smell. Darby has some serious bad breath when she wakes up, from the night or her nap, you have to keep away about 5 feet until she brushes her teeth :) And she insists on wearing her tennis shoes without socks and it just gets rank! Now what is the age where they start to care about their breath and smelly feet?
